1. Digital Product Nature

Because our worksheets and passes are delivered instantly in digital PDF format, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted and downloaded.

2. Technical Issues & Duplicate Payments

If you were charged twice for the same resource or experienced a technical failure where the file was not unlocked, please contact our support team (harshpc859@gmail.com) within 7 days. Verified duplicate deductions will be refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment source.
